Russian-backed militants violated the Minsk agreements 80 times in the Joint Forces Operation area over the past day.

This is reported by the Joint Forces Operation Headquarters press center.

"The most active military operations took place outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Troitske (69km west of Luhansk), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Russian-occupation troops opened fire 22 times from artillery and mortars, and two times from a tank," reads the report.

Militants continue to violate the norms of the international humanitarian law. Yesterday, on May 6, the enemy fired 152mm and 122mm guns at the villages Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk) and Nykolske, on the outskirts of Horlivka (39 km north-east of Donetsk).

On the night of May 7, militants were active in Luhansk and Donetsk directions.

As reported, one Ukrainian soldier was killed and another four soldiers were wounded in last day. According to the intelligence, three militants were killed and five more were wounded.
