Militants launched 22 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Over the past day, May 2, the situation in the joint forces operation (JFO) area in Donbas remained tense.
The armed hostilities took place mainly in Avdiivka and Mariupol directions. The enemy used artillery and mortars 22 times, the JFO Headquarters press center reports.
"Three servicemen were wounded in fighting. They were promptly taken to the hospital. Their health status is satisfactory," the report reads.
According to intelligence, four militants were wounded over the past day, May 2. Ukrainian soldiers did not obstruct their evacuation.
"During the night of May 3, the situation on the contact line was relatively calm. As of 6:00, no casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported," the Headquarters reports.
