Militants launched 57 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Donetsk direction, terrorists fired 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and anti-tank guided missile on Ukrainian positions near Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol). ATO troops outside Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Bohdanivka (41km south-west of Donetsk), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk) and Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol) came under grenade launcher fire. The enemy also used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and antiaircraft mounts to open fire on Ukrainian troops in Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), heavy machine guns – near Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol) and Pyshchevyk (25km north-east of Mariupol). In addition, militants fired small arms on Ukrainian defenders of Pavlopol, Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Bohdanivka, Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk) and Pyshchevyk.
In Luhansk direction, illegal armed formations shelled Ukrainian positions outside Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), using grenade launchers of different types, heavy machine guns and small arms. The enemy also used grenade launchers near Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk).
As a result of the enemy fire, one Ukrainian soldier was wounded. One Ukrainian serviceman was killed and another three were wounded in the combat missions.
