One Ukrainian soldier killed in Donbas over past day

Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Spokesman for ATO issues Dmytro Hutsuliak said this at a briefing on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Unfortunately, one soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was killed. We express our condolences to the relatives, friends and comrades of the deceased soldier," he said.

Russian-backed militants launched three attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in Donbas over the past day, the ATO Headquarters press center reported.
