New batch of T-84 tanks to be transferred to Ukrainian army

The Malyshev Plant and the Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau are preparing another batch of T-84 main battle tanks for transfer to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the press service of the Ukroboronprom State Concern has reported.
"The work carried out by Kharkiv enterprises is aimed at repairing and upgrading combat vehicles, which will be subsequently transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the statement reads.
The concern noted that the Malyshev Plant had conducted repairs of another batch of T-84 tanks and that the combat vehicles had undergone inspection, restoration and all major units and aggregates had been completely replaced.
After that, the tanks were sent to the Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau and are now undergoing modernization.
After all the work is carried out, the T-84s will be sent for trials, which will take place in the presence of Ukrainian Defense Ministry representatives.
