Defense Ministry uses 99.9% of funds allocated from 2017 state budget

"The Defense Ministry used 99.9% of funds allocated from the budget. We retuned the remained funds because some customers failed to fulfill their obligations," Poltorak said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on national security and defense, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

He also noted that obligations are not always fulfilled by manufacturers and some funds remain on the Defense Ministry’s accounts too.

The minister added that that the names of companies, which had not properly fulfilled their obligations, would be soon posted on the Defense Ministry’s website.
