OSCE records almost 2,500 cases of impediments to monitoring in ORDLO

"In 2017, the #OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to #Ukraine conducted over 25,000 patrols. 2,422 cases of the impediments to fulfillment of the mission’s mandate were also recorded," the report reads.

According to the OSCE, in 2017, the SMM recorded 4,065 cases of deployment of weapons with violation of the withdrawal lines, which were agreed in Minsk. Over the past year, the OSCE SMM recorded 401,336 violations of the ceasefire regime.
