Militants using 120mm mortars in Donetsk direction in eastern Ukraine

Russian-backed militants continue to disrupt the agreements reached by the Trilateral Contact Group. Over the past day, the enemy launched three attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas.

In Donetsk direction, militants used 120mm mortars to fire at the defenders of Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk).
In Luhansk direction, Ukrainian strongholds came under grenade launcher and heavy machine guns outside Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk). Illegal armed formations also opened fire from 82mm mortars on the defenders of Troitske (69km west of Luhansk).
As a result of the enemy shelling, two Ukrainian servicemen were wounded.
