PM Groysman: Residents evacuated from Novoluhanske after yesterday’s shelling

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has stated that measures are being taken to evacuate residents from Novoluhanske after yesterday's attack by Russian-backed militants.
“Terrorists opened fire from Grad systems on residential neighborhoods of Novoluhanske. We are now forced to evacuate our citizens. What could be more mean and vile than shelling attacks on civilians? The government will do everything in its power to help those in need now," Groysman wrote on his Facebook page.
