Militants launched 24 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Luhansk direction, illegal armed formations used 152mm artillery to fire at Ukrainian positions near Vrubivka (72km west of Luhansk). The enemy also fired 82mm mortars on Ukrainian strongholds near Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) and Popasna (90 km north-west of Luhansk).
In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants launched attacks on Ukrainian strongholds outside Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol), using mortars and infantry weapons. The enemy used 120mm mortars to fire at ATO troops near Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk). The enemy fired at ATO troops near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk) from mortars of 120 mm caliber and launched attacks on ATO troops near Butovka coal mine from tanks. In addition, the militants shelled Ukrainian troops near Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk) and Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk), using grenade launchers and small arms.
