Militants launched 12 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Donetsk direction, illegal armed formations used small arms to fire at Ukrainian strongholds near Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants shelled ATO troops outside Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk), Valuiske (20km north-east of Luhansk), Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) and Trokhizbenka (33km north-west of Luhansk), using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

In Mariupol direction, terrorists opened fire from weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns at positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol). As a result, one Ukrainian soldier was wounded and another one was injured.
