Ukrinform
Over the last two weeks, 10 cases of the restrictions of movement of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission representatives were recorded at the checkpoint near the village of Verkhnioshyrokivske of Donetsk region.

This is reported in the OSCE report.

"The freedom of movement of the mission is still limited. In addition to the restrictions related to the failure of the parties to carry out demining works, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission patrols were repeatedly prevented from entering the areas beyond the control of the government in the southern part of Donetsk region. In particular, from July 24 to August 8, militants of the so-called "DPR" blocked access ten times for the SMM patrols to the east of the checkpoint in Verkhnioshyrokivske," the report says.
