The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has stated that "DPR" militants continue to hinder observers from accessing areas near the occupied Novoazovsk in Donetsk region, on the border with Russia, according to a report posted on the mission's website.

"Armed 'DPR' members impeded the SMM's access to areas south and east of Novoazovsk near the border with the Russian Federation not under government control," the report says.

Earlier, OSCE observers recorded military transport movement near the border with Russia, close to the checkpoint in Novoazovsk. However, militants did not let the OSCE representatives enter the town.
