Militants launched 35 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants used grenade launchers and mortars to shell Ukrainian positions near Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk). In addition, the enemy fired at ATO troops outside Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk, using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants shelled Ukrainian strongholds near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), using mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. The enemy also launched attacks on ATO troops near Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Ukrainian troops came under enemy fire outside Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) and Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk).
