Militants launched 15 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants used small arms to shell Ukrainian positions near Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol). ATO troops outside Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) came under heavy machine gun fire.

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants fired at Ukrainian strongholds outside Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), using grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. Terrorists also used small arms to shell positions of ATO troops near Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers came under grenade launcher fire near Kriakivka (34 km north-west of Luhansk). In addition, militants used small arms of different calibers and grenade launchers to shell ATO troops outside Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk).
