Militants launched 22 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants used 82mm mortars to shell Ukrainian positions near Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk). In addition, terrorists fired at ATO troops outside Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) and Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), using small arms and heavy machine guns.

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to launch attacks on Ukrainian troops in southern outskirts of Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), near Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk) and Mayorske (45km north of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, ATO troops came under grenade launcher and small arms fire outside Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk) and Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk).
