Militants launched 36 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants shelled Ukrainian troops near Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol) using 122mm mortars and Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) using 82mm mortars. In addition, illegal armed formations used small arms and grenade launchers to fire at Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk) and Vodiane (35 km south-west of Donetsk).

In Donetsk direction, the militants shelled Ukrainian troops near Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk), using hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. The enemy fired at ATO troops near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), using 120mm mortars and grenade launchers.

In Luhansk direction, militants used mortars, tanks, grenade launchers and small arms to shell Ukrainian positions near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Shchastia (23km north of Luhansk), Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk), Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk) and Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk).

As a result of hostilities over the past day, one Ukrainian soldier was injured.
