Militants launched 57 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants used 120mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arm to shell Ukrainian positions near Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk). Due to this shellfire, several enemy mines fell into a residential block near the city hospital. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but a few houses were damaged.

In Donetsk direction, the tensest situation was observed in Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), where illegal armed formations launched attacks, using Grad multiple rocket launchers. In addition, ATO troops came under mortar, grenade launcher and small arms fire outside Luhanske, Mayorske (45km north of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants used grenade launchers and heavy machine guns to shell Ukrainian troops in Krymske.

As a result of military operations over the past day, five servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were injured, the ATO headquarters reports.
