Use of Grad multiple rocket launchers in one of the hot spots of Donbas not recorded over past week – OSCE

Last week, the OSCE SMM did not record any case of use of Grad multiple rocket launchers in the Popasna, Pervomaisk and Troyitske area.
Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug said this during a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"We have not recorded for the first time in six weeks any case of using multiple launch rocket systems," Hug said.
According to him, over the last week the number of violations of the ceasefire regime decreased by 17% compared to the week before last.
