Militants launched 50 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 50 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day.

This is reported by the ATO press center.

In Mariupol direction, the enemy used heavy machine guns, grenade launchers, 122mm artillery and antiaircraft mount to shell Ukrainian positions near Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk). ATO troops outside Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) came under heavy machine gun fire.

In Donetsk direction, militants fired at Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), using grenade launchers, machine guns and tank. Terrorists also used grenade launchers of various systems and machine guns to shell ATO troops near Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk) and Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Russian mercenaries launched two attacks on Ukrainian positions outside Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), using 120mm mortars. ATO troops in Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk) and Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) came under grenade launcher fire.
