Militants launch 83 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 83 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day. One Ukrainian soldier was killed.

This is reported by the ATO press center.

In Mariupol direction, the enemy used heavy machine guns and small arms to fire at Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk).

In Donetsk direction, militants shelled Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, small arms.

In Luhansk direction, terrorists used mortars of different calibers to shell Popasna (90 km north-west of Luhansk) and Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk). Ukrainian positions in Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk), Troitske (69km west of Luhansk), Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) came under grenade launcher and heavy machine gun fire.
