Militants launch 59 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 59 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded.

In Mariupol direction, the enemy used 120mm and 82mm mortars to shell Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms to shell Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol), Vodiane, and Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol).

In Donetsk direction, Russian mercenaries fired at Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), and Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), using 120mm and 82mm mortars. Ukrainian positions in Luhanske, Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), and Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk) came under grenade launcher, heavy machine gun, and small arms fire.

In Luhansk direction, terrorists used 82mm mortars to shell Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk).
