Militants launch 114 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 114 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day. Four Ukrainian soldiers were killed, another 17 were wounded.

This is reported by the ATO press center.

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants shelled Ukrainian positions in Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk), using BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers, tanks, mortars of different calibers, grenade launchers and small arms.

In Mariupol direction, terrorists used BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers to shell ATO troops outside Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and Starohnativka (52km south of Donetsk). Ukrainian troops in Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Hranitne (57km south of Donetsk) came under 120mm and 82mm mortars.

In Luhansk direction, militants used 152mm artillery to shell Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk) and mortars to fire at Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk).
