Poroshenko signs decree on demobilization of servicemen of sixth wave

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the demobilization of servicemen, who were mobilized during the sixth wave.
He wrote this on his Twitter page
"The servicemen, who were mobilized during the so-called ‘sixth wave’, will return home until the end of October. I have signed the relevant decree," Poroshenko wrote.
The President emphasized that as soon as the servicemen of “the sixth wave” were dismissed, only contractor soldiers would remain on the front. "This is another step towards a professional army," the Head of State noted.
