Militants launch 52 attacks on ATO troops in eastern Ukraine

In particular, in Donetsk area, the enemy shelled Ukrainian troops, using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms in Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk) and Opytne. Violating the Minsk agreements, militants used 120mm mortars to fire at the ATO strongholds in Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Luhanske.

In Mariupol area, the enemy used small arms, heavy machine guns, and grenade launchers in Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Hranitne (57km south of Donetsk) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk). Ukrainian servicemen in Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk) came under 82mm mortar fire.
