President Poroshenko: Demobilized servicemen to be replaced with contract soldiers

The servicemen of the fifth wave, who will be demobilized soon, should be replaced with contract soldiers, not newly mobilized.
This was posted on Facebook page of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Saturday.
"The servicemen, mobilized in the fifth wave, will return home in June-July. The important point is that they will be replaced with contract soldiers, not newly mobilized," the message reads.
Poroshenko adds that the state has managed to avoid the seventh and the eighth waves of mobilization.
"We are making every effort to minimize the impact of war on society and economy and provide an opportunity for focusing on peaceful building of new Ukraine," the President stresses.
