Over 142,000 Ukrainian servicemen get status of combat action participants

Over 142,000 servicemen and military staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have acquired the status of participant of combat actions.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Oleksiy Chornobai said this at a briefing on Friday, the ministry’s press service reports.
“Last week, the status of participant of combat actions was given to about 100 servicemen and military staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who fulfilled tasks in the ATO zone. To date, over 142,000 people have received the status of participant of combat actions,” reads the report.
