Militants launch 65 attacks on Ukrainian troops

The situation in the ATO area in eastern Ukraine remains tense. The militants launched 65 attacks on the Ukrainian troops over the past day.

The terrorists used the weapons banned by the Minsk Agreements, including 82mm and 120mm mortars, to shell the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, particularly in Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk).
In Donetsk direction, the Russian mercenaries also used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and antitank missile systems to fire at the ATO troops in Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk).
