Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug said this at the briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The water supply to about 400,000 Donetsk region residents has been resumed. As you know, the water filtration plant did not work as the repair crews could not reach there because of the constant shelling. The plant operation has been resumed after the OSCE SMM intervened in the situation," Hug said.
As reported, the Donetsk water filtration plant stopped to work on March 13 because of shelling.
