Canadian Defence Ministry expects Putin to withdraw troops from Ukraine

Canadian Defence Minister hopes that Russia will withdraw its troops from Donbas and Crimea.
Harjit Sajjan said this following his visit to Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"We have not changed our decision and we will continue to strongly support Ukraine. I hope that Putin will make a statement on the withdrawal of troops not only from Syria but from Donbas and Crimea as well," Sajjan said.
"It is too early to speak of the outcome of Russia's intention to withdraw some of its forces from Syria," the Canadian Defence Minister said.
