The Ukrainian intelligence service has reported to representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission where Russian-backed militants deploy their arms prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, according to the main intelligence department of Ukraine’ Defense Ministry.

“Representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission were reported about the deployment of arms prohibited by the Minsk agreements in the districts of Staromykhailivka, Zayichenko, Yasynuvata, Dokuchayevsk and Ternivka, in particular, mortars, tanks, 100-mm antitank guns ‘Rapira’, self-propelled artillery and 122-mm  multiple rocket launcher ‘Grad,” reads a report.

Over the past twenty-four hours, the enemy forces were focused on raising the combat capability and maintaining the Russian occupational troops in readiness for immediate use.
