Kyiv’s Solomiansky District Court has refused to satisfy a motion to recuse Judge Oleksandr Bobrovnyk in the case of suspended Head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov, who is accused of misuse of office.

Judge Olena Bukina ruled this on Monday, March 6, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

Judge Bukina explained that the lawyers of Roman Nasirov didn’t provide sufficient evidence of bias against Judge Bobrovnyk, and that’s why in line with the Criminal Procedure Code, there were no reasons to satisfy the motion.
