National Guard soldier killed, four injured in Kyiv explosions
Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office shared the details on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
Investigators from the SBU State Security Service's main office in Kyiv and the Kyiv region have launched a pre-trial investigation into the two explosions under the procedural supervision of the city prosecutor's office.
The incident has been classified under Part 3 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – a terrorist attack that resulted in loss of life.

The first explosion occurred while two National Guard members were patrolling the area. One of them was killed, and the other guardsman as well as a security guard were injured.
The second explosion went off when police officers and medics had already arrived at the scene in response to the initial blast. Two police officers were injured.
Preliminary findings indicate that an improvised explosive device was used.
Earlier reports said that an explosion in Kyiv's Darnytskyi district on December 11 left one person dead and another injured.
