Lithuania has prepared a new aid package for Ukraine's energy sector worth more than EUR 2 million and promises to continue bringing drones, warm clothes for the Ukrainian military, heaters and generators.

Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Symonite said this at a briefing with her Ukrainian and Polish counterparts following a meeting held as part of the Lublin Triangle in Kyiv on Saturday, November 26, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"Lithuania has recently prepared a new aid package for Ukraine's energy sector for more than EUR 2 million. We will continue to contribute to humanitarian aid to help displaced persons in Ukraine," Symonite said.

She said that convoys of trucks would continue to bring drones, warm clothes for the Ukrainian military, heaters and generators to Ukraine to help its citizens survive this harsh winter and bring the victory closer.

"Today we all say: 'For our and your freedom.' It has become the slogan that unites nations now, as it united them centuries ago, because today Ukraine is fighting not only for its freedom, but also for our freedom, therefore it defends the whole of Europe and defends a rules-based international order. Our support for Ukraine must and will continue until there is your victory and, accordingly, our victory," she said.

The Polish and Lithuanian prime ministers, Mateusz Morawiecki and Ingrida Symonite, arrived in Ukraine on November 26.

The Lublin Triangle is a trilateral regional alliance for political, economic, cultural and social cooperation between Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine. Its goals are strengthening the dialogue between the countries, support for Ukraine's integration into the European Union and NATO, and joint opposition to Russian aggression in Ukraine.
