Almost 1,300 drunk driving cases recorded over past week - Patrol Police

"On November 11-17, police responded to 43,744 calls; 605 people were detained on suspicion of committing criminal offence; 1,298 administrative protocols were drawn up in relation to persons for driving under the influence of alcohol,” reads the report posted on the official Facebook page of Patrol Police.

It is noted that 41,776 regulations were passed over the past week, including 38,094 on road rules violations.
