National Police: Intentional homicide rate the lowest in past 10 years

Since the beginning of 2017, Ukrainian police have recorded 1,185 Intentional homicides and assassination attempts, which is the lowest rate in the past ten years.
This has been stated by Deputy Head of the National Police Viacheslav Abroskin, the Interior Ministry’s Communications Department reports.
“Over the nine months of this year, we have recorded 1,185 willful murders and assassination attempts, which is the lowest rate in the past ten years. This year the level of disclosure of such crimes in the country, taking into account the previous years, totals 88%," said Abroskin.
