The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) bans the entry into Ukraine to Spanish journalists Antonio Pampliega and Manuel Angel Sastre due to their anti-Ukrainian activities.

Spokeswoman for the SBU Olena Hitlyanska said this to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"We banned them from the entry until 2020 due to their activities that contradict the national interests of Ukraine," the spokeswoman said.

According to her, their anti-Ukrainian messages can be found in the publications of these journalists in social networks.

As reported, Spanish freelance journalists Antonio Pampliega and Manuel Angel Sastre arrived at the airport in Kyiv on August 24, where they were informed about the ban on entry due to the threat to national security.
