Ex-justice minister Lukash released on bail

The Security Service of Ukraine detained Olena Lukash in Kyiv last week. However, the ex-minister stated that she deliberately had gone to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine to give evidence.

November 6, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv ruled to take Lukash in charge with the right to be released on bail of over UAH 5 million. On the same day, MP from the Opposition Bloc faction Vadym Novynsky paid the necessary sum.
