Woman killed, several others injured in massive Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv
A massive missile and drone attack on Kyiv has resulted in one fatality and several injuries, one of whom is in critical condition.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Three people injured in the enemy attack have been hospitalized. One of them is in critical condition,” the post reads.

For its part, the Kyiv City Military Administration provided an update on the attack’s aftermath via Telegram.

“As of 2:10 a.m., damage from the attack has been recorded at more than seven locations in the Holosiivskyi, Obolonskyi, Desnianskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts of Kyiv,” the statement noted.

Residential infrastructure has been damaged. Fires have broken out in warehouse facilities covering a significant area. In addition, the search for people trapped under the rubble in the Holosiivskyi district is ongoing.

Unfortunately, a woman was killed by the enemy. Five more people were injured, the post adds.

Work is also continuing at the site in the Holosiivskyi district where an ammonia leak occurred. Preliminary reports indicate that the attack damaged a system containing approximately 300 liters of the substance.

The leak has now been contained by rescue teams. There is no threat to the public.

As reported by Ukrinform, the effects of the enemy attack have been recorded in three districts of the Kyiv region, and there are casualties.
