Over the past 24 hours, on June 14, Russian forces targeted energy and communications infrastructure in the Chernihiv region.
According to Ukrinform, Viacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
According to the official, private homes in the Sosnytsia community were also damaged by a Gerbera UAV strike. In a village in the Liubech community, windows in a home were damaged, also as a result of a UAV attack.
In addition, a Gerbera UAV hit a garage cooperative in the Horodnia community. A garage and a car were damaged, and firefighters extinguished the blaze.
As reported, in the Chernihiv region, more than 37,000 users were left without power as a result of a Russian attack on an energy facility on Thursday, June 11.
