Russian drone strikes civilian car in Kharkiv region, killing one, injuring four

Russian military forces carried out an FPV drone strike on a civilian car near the settlement of Pytomnyk in Kharkiv region, killing one woman and injuring four others.

Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Derhachi city military administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

The attack took place at around 16:30 on Tuesday on a section of road between Ruska Lozova and Pytomnyk.

According to the head of the military administration, five people were in the car.

A 70-year-old woman died at the scene from her injuries. Three women aged 80, 74, and 49, as well as a 62-year-old man, sustained multiple shrapnel wounds and were taken to a hospital in Kharkiv for treatment.

"Additional information about this incident is currently being established, as well as the purpose of the trip of the people to the dangerous border area," Zadorenko noted.

As Ukrinform reported, in the Borova community of Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked an energy repair crew, damaging a service vehicle.
