One killed, four injured as Russia launches over 900 attacks on Zaporizhzhia region over past day

Russian forces carried out 924 strikes on 52 settlements across the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours. One person was killed and four others were injured in enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia city and the Zaporizhzhia district.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to Fedorov, Russian troops launched 27 airstrikes on Balabyne, Malokaterynivka, Zarichne, Pidhirne, Odarivka, Novosolone, Veselianka, Yuliivka, Barvynivka, Svitla Dolyna, Danylivka, Liubytske, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Nove Pole, Lukianivske, Orikhiv, Kopani, Novoselivka, Huliaipilske, Rivne, Yehorivka, Dolynka, Verkhnia Tersa, and Hirke.

A total of 660 drones of various types, most of them FPV drones, struck Zaporizhzhia, Kushuhum, Balabyne, Yasna Poliana, Bilenke, Kanivske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novopavlivka, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Charivne, Huliaipilske, Varvarivka, Hirke, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Tsvitkove, Novoselivka, Preobrazhenka, and Rybne.

Five multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) strikes were recorded against Dobropillia, Rybne, and Vozdvyzhivka.

Russian forces also carried out 232 artillery strikes on Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Hirke, Huliaipilske, and Staroukrainka.

Authorities received 51 reports of damage to infrastructure facilities, homes, and vehicles.
