Russian combined attack on Poltava region leaves two people wounded and causes damage

On the night of June 2, the Poltava region came under a massive combined attack by Russian drones and missiles.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.

In the Lubny district, two people were injured. Production facilities at a private enterprise, residential buildings, vehicles, and farm buildings were also damaged.

Police investigative teams, bomb squads, and other specialized units are on the scene.

Police investigators, together with representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine in Poltava region and under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office, are documenting the consequences of yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation.

All the evidence gathered will be added to the body of evidence to hold the aggressor state accountable.

As reported by Ukrinform, following an attack by Russian drones in the Poltava district on the evening of May 29, debris was observed falling and strikes were recorded at several locations; two people were injured.
