Injury toll from Russian missile strike on Zaporizhzhia rises to 15

The number of people injured in Russia's missile strike on Zaporizhzhia has risen to 15, including an infant.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"As of 19:00, the number of people injured in the enemy strike has increased to 15. Among them are eight women, six men, and an infant," the statement said.

All of the victims are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

Russian forces launched a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia on May 26. Apartment buildings and civilian vehicles were damaged. Earlier reports said that 12 people had been injured in the strike.
