Russians launched 839 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region over past day, injuring two people

Russian forces carried out 839 attacks on 53 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region during the past 24 hours, leaving two men wounded.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Ivan Fedorov.

"Russian troops carried out 34 airstrikes on Malokaterynivka, Zarichne, Novomykolaivka, Mariivka, Lezhyne, Novooleksandrivka, Novostepnianske, Olenivka, Hryhorivka, Veselianka, Tavriiske, Soniachne, Ternuvate, Kopani, Barvynivka, Trudove, Voskresenka, Verkhna Tersa, Liubytske, Danylivka, Dolynka, Lisne, Shyroke, Vozdvyzhivka, and Novopole," he wrote.

In particular, 499 drones of various types — mostly FPV drones — attacked Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk, Balabyne, Novotroitske, Lezhyne, Rozumivka, Liubytske, Novotavriiske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Lukianivske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Huliaipilske, Hirke, Zelene, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Tsvitkove, and Preobrazhenka.

Another 306 artillery strikes targeted Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Hirke, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, and Olenokostiantynivka.

Fedorov noted that authorities received 101 reports of damage to infrastructure facilities, homes, vehicles, and utility buildings.

As reported by Ukrinform, about 30 civilians remain in the settlement of Stepnohirsk, located 17 kilometers from Zaporizhzhia. The locality was previously cleared of Russian soldiers by Ukrainian forces.
