Oil refinery, depots, and more: General Staff reports strikes on key Russian targets

In Russia's Yaroslavl region, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery. A fire was reported on the facility's grounds. The extent of the damage is being clarified.
The Yaroslavl refinery is described as a strategically important enterprise and one of the key facilities in Russia's oil refining sector. It processes around 15 million tonnes of oil annually. Its products include gasoline, diesel fuel, and jet fuel, all considered critically important for Russian military logistics.
In Rostov-on-Don, Rostov region, a drone storage warehouse was attacked, resulting in a fire.
In addition, the "Luhanska" oil depot in Luhansk was struck, along with fuel and lubricant depots used by Russian occupying forces near Petropavlivka and Novomykilske in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region.
In Rovenky, Luhansk region, a Russian repair unit was hit, as well as communication hubs near Zelenopillia, Novomykhailivka, and Kinski Rozdory in Zaporizhzhia region.
Among other targets, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian Tor-M2 air defense missile system near Mykhailivka in Zaporizhzhia region and a Kasta-2E radar station near Mysove in occupied Crimea.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck an oil industry facility in Yaroslavl, Russia, located about 700 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
