Drone attacks team of electricians in Dnipropetrovsk region
According to Ukrinform, the DTEK Group reported this on Telegram.
“The crew was heading to a frontline town for restoration work. While on the move, an enemy FPV drone struck the electricians' car,” the statement reads.
It is noted that the power workers were able to exit the vehicle quickly, preventing injuries. However, the vehicle sustained serious damage and can no longer be used for repair work.
According to DTEK’s estimates, this marks the 264th Russian attack on power grid facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
As reported, in April 2026, power workers restored electricity supply to nearly 4 million users following shelling. The largest number of consumers were reconnected in the Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
