Power substation and energy company catch fire in Chuvashia

According to Astra’s OSINT analysis, the fire broke out at the 220 kV Kanash high-voltage substation in the city of Kanash. The office building of the energy supplier Alatyr MO CHESK in Alatyr also caught fire.
The exact causes of the fire are unknown. However, residents of Kanash heard explosions before the fire.
There is no official information regarding the incident.
Meanwhile, residents of Veliky Novgorod reported numerous explosions on Saturday morning. Alexander Dronov, governor of the Novgorod region, wrote about the operation of the region's air defense system and urged residents not to approach the debris.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin also spoke about the drone attack. According to him, five UAVs were allegedly shot down as they approached the Russian capital in the morning.
The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed to have shot down 215 drones on Friday night, according to the BBC Russian Service. It is claimed that the drones were shot down over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Novgorod, Oryol, Pskov, Rostov, Smolensk, Tver, and Tula regions of the Russian Federation, the Moscow region, the Krasnodar region, as well as over the temporarily occupied Crimea and the Azov and Black Seas.
As reported by Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the destruction of Russian Su-57 and Su-34 aircraft at the Shagol Airfield in the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation on April 25.
