Enemy drones strike Kharkiv and suburbs overnight, injuring six people

Six people were injured in Kharkiv and its suburbs as a result of a Russian drone attack on the night of April 29.

According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.

Preliminary reports indicate that the Russians used “Geran-2” drones.

In the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv, residential buildings and cars were damaged. A 70-year-old man was injured and hospitalized, and a 65-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.

In the Osnovianskyi District, a UAV struck a hypermarket parking lot, damaging vehicles.

In the village of Kotliary, Kharkiv District, residential buildings and farm structures were damaged. A 50-year-old man sustained blast injuries. Two women, aged 76 and 55, as well as a 60-year-old man, suffered acute stress reactions.

Under the procedural guidance of the Nemyshlianska and Slobidska District Prosecutor’s Offices of Kharkiv, as well as the Kharkiv District Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

In the Kharkiv region over the past day, two people were killed and seven others injured due to Russian attacks

According to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Kharkiv and 11 other settlements in the region came under Russian attack over the past day, leaving two people dead and seven injured.

In Chuhuiv, a 74-year-old and a 54-year-old man were killed, and a 46-year-old woman was injured; in the village of Kotlyary, Bezlyudivska community, a 50-year-old and a 60-year-old man, as well as a 56-year-old and a 76-year-old woman, were injured; in Kharkiv, a 70-year-old man was injured, and a 65-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.

The enemy attacked the Osnovianskyi, Slobidskyi, and Nemyshlianskyi districts of Kharkiv.

The Russians also attacked the Kharkiv region with three guided aerial bombs, 12 “Geran-2” UAVs, two “Molniia” UAVs, three FPV drones, and 47 UAVs of an as-yet-undetermined type.

In Kharkiv, six apartment buildings and 25 private homes, railway infrastructure, two cars, two buses, a tractor, and a shopping center were damaged.

In the Bohodukhiv district, power lines, a garage, an administrative building, a private home, 12 vehicles (Bohodukhiv), a farm (Zariabynka village), a farm building (Bratenytsa village), two apartment buildings, and three private homes, as well as farm buildings (Liutivka village), were damaged.

In the Kupiansk district, a private house (village of Hroza) and an apartment building (village of Myrne) were damaged.

In Petrivka, Izium district, a private house was damaged.

In the Kharkiv district, a private house, railway infrastructure (Merefa), four private houses, a car, railway infrastructure (Liubotyn), a private house (village of Cherkaska Lozova), and five private houses (village of Kotliary) were damaged.

Two private homes and a car were damaged in Chuhuiv.

The transit evacuation center in Lozova received 226 people over the past 24 hours. A total of 30,991 people have been registered at the center since it began operations.

As reported by Ukrinform, on April 28, the Russian army struck Chuhuiv in the Kharkiv region; one man was killed on the spot, and another was seriously wounded and later died in the hospital.
