General Staff confirms another strike on Tuapse Refinery
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Facebook.
This refinery is involved in supplying the Russian army in Ukrainian territory.
Strikes by attack UAVs on the facility’s territory were recorded, followed by a fire. The extent of the damage is being assessed.
The Defense Forces also struck the radar station of the Ai-Petri radio-technical battalion in the Okhotnyche area of the temporarily occupied Crimea.
In addition, over the past day, Ukrainian units successfully struck Russian command and observation posts near Molochansk, Stulneve, Kokhane, Uspenivka, and a logistics depot in the Kyrylivka area of Zaporizhzhia region; concentrations of invading forces near Velyka Novosilka and Rodynske in the Donetsk region; Starobohdanivka in the Zaporizhzhia region; and Ovrazhok in Crimea.
Among other targets, a UAV command post in the vicinity of Hola Prystan in the Kherson region was struck.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of April 19–20, a large-scale fire broke out at the Tuapse Refinery’s tank farm in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation as a result of a nighttime drone attack.
The Tuapse Refinery had already come under drone attack on April 16; the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the damage at that time.
